During this first mural symposium, guest speakers and muralists of international renown were gathered to discuss public art and paint a dozen murals in the city. Our mural illustrates human thought and creativity used in order to overcome obstacles/difficulties of life and finally make it to the set goal. In other words, the character on the left is thinking and having ideas come out of his head. He overcomes obstacles (confined space, a huge crevasse, a labyrinth) and, arriving at the desired goal, marks a checkpoint with a flag.
